This event was meticulously planned by Sofull Packaging's Human Resources Department in conjunction with a veteran expansion organization over two weeks. Comprehensive deployment was undertaken across multiple dimensions, from safety and procedures to logistical support and cultural integration, ensuring the event was both challenging and filled with warmth and meaning.

Safety First, Full Protection:

On-site Inspection and Risk Assessment: Multiple on-site inspections of the event venue were conducted in advance, and detailed contingency plans were developed for potential risks such as mountain climbing routes, expansion facilities, and weather changes.

Professional Team Support: Experienced outdoor coaches, professional first-aiders, and a full set of medical supplies were provided, with safety observers monitoring throughout the event.

Equipment and Material Support: Customized jackets, hiking boots, and sun hats were provided for each member, along with energy packs (including electrolyte drinks, nuts, energy bars, etc.), and real-time location devices ensured personnel safety and control.

Scientific Design, Multi-dimensional Empowerment:

Scenario-based Task System: Mountain climbing and hiking, orienteering, team creation, and night challenges were designed based on the characteristics of the management team, simulating decision-making, execution, and collaboration challenges in real management scenarios.

Cross-departmental Mixed Team Mechanism: The original departmental structure was broken down, and random grouping promoted cross-field collaboration, stimulating diverse thinking among members.

Cultural Integration in Details: Company values were subtly incorporated into the task checkpoints with keywords such as "collaborative win-win" and "responsible commitment," allowing cultural concepts to take root in practice.

Meticulous Support, Experience Optimization:

Upgraded Logistics Services: Luxury bus transportation, star-rated campsite accommodation, and nutritionist-customized meals were provided to ensure members participated in the event in optimal condition.

Personalized Care: Considering the differences in members' physical abilities, "energy stations" were set up, providing services such as trekking pole rentals and temporary rest areas.

Full-process Image Recording: A professional photography team followed and recorded the team's highlights, preserving valuable material for future cultural promotion.

Immersive Challenges Inspiring Team Potential

On the day of the event, the management team enthusiastically participated in various challenge events, breaking through their limits amidst sweat and laughter, forging consensus through collaboration and trust, and demonstrating outstanding leadership and team spirit.

First Stage: Mountain Hiking ——The "Climber's Declaration" of Team Spirit

At 8:00 a.m., the team set off on a 5-kilometer mountain hike. Each group needed to independently plan their route and allocate physical resources. Faced with steep paths, slippery steps, and sudden rain showers, members quickly formed a mutual aid network:

Leading the Way: General Manager Wang from the Development Department took the initiative to scout the path, marking safe routes for the team with a trekking pole.

Carrying the Load: Manager Chen from the Finance Department silently took over the backpacks of several members, consistently hiking to the end.

Cross-group Collaboration: Members from the Marketing and Operations Departments worked together to build a "human ladder" to help colleagues with weaker physical abilities cross stream obstacles.

Upon reaching the summit, all members shouted the company slogan together at the mountaintop viewing platform. Sweat and cheers intertwined, and team cohesion quietly took root during the climb. Factory Director Yuan gave an impromptu speech at the summit, using "the spirit of mountaineering" to encourage the team: "The company's journey is like mountain climbing; only by supporting each other can we reach higher peaks."

Second Stage: Orienteering ——"Management Practice" of Strategy and Collaboration

The afternoon's orienteering pushed the event to a climax. Each group needed to complete five tasks within a 1-square-kilometer area, earning points through puzzles, resource competition, and team creation:

Solving Puzzles: Members needed to solve puzzles composed of the company's strategic keywords within a limited time. The Marketing Department team, with their deep understanding of the business, completed the "Digital Transformation" themed checkpoint at the fastest speed.

Resource Competition: In the "Resource Competition," each group needed to obtain scarce resources through negotiation and strategic games. Technical personnel cleverly used the "resource exchange" strategy to achieve a win-win situation for multiple groups.

Team Creation: All members jointly completed a 30-meter-long corporate culture scroll, using paintings and words to interpret their understanding of "responsibility, innovation, and collaboration." The scroll was eventually treasured in the company's cultural exhibition hall.

The event design cleverly incorporated management thinking training: Decision-making efficiency, resource allocation, and crisis response capabilities were directly demonstrated in the tasks, and members said "it felt like we were back on the battlefield of project breakthroughs."

Third Stage: Bonfire Party ——Emotional Resonance and Cultural Identity

As night fell, a bonfire was lit under the stars, and a warm and passionate party began:

Leadership Speech: Chairman Xu emotionally reviewed the company's 20-year development history, emphasizing that "the team is the company's most valuable asset," and announced the establishment of a "Team Collaboration Special Fund" on the spot.

Sharing Moments: Genuine and Touching: Department heads, new managers, and senior staff shared their insights. Mr. Wang choked up recounting how his colleagues helped him carry equipment during a mountain climb, resonating deeply with everyone present;

Cultural Feast: Team members' poetry recitation of "Embarking on a Journey Together" brought the evening to a climax. Multi-talented members showcased diverse talents with dance, magic, and other performances;

Moment of Honor: Role Models Inspiring Progress: Awarding the three major awards of "Best Collaborative Team," "Best Leadership," and "Best Individual Breakthrough." Representatives of the winning teams displayed the trophies alongside rock specimens collected during the mountain climb, symbolizing "honor and challenges coexist";

At the end of the evening, everyone gathered around a bonfire to recite the company's values. The oaths under the stars became a lasting testament to the team spirit;

In-depth Review Results Taking Root

After the event, the company quickly organized two special review meetings. Using the "action learning method," they refined their experiences and promoted management practice optimization. Everyone felt a significant improvement in collaboration efficiency and an upgrade in management understanding. Several managers applied the "four-step method for crisis response" learned during the activity to handle unexpected business issues;

After the meeting, the human resources team continued to deepen the company culture. The touching stories from the event were compiled into "Sofull Team Stories," becoming a vivid teaching material for new employee cultural training. This team-building event was not only a milestone achievement but also an important part of the company's long-term team-building mechanism;
